Our file has arrived!!!
Our file was received by ICAB at 10:54am on Tuesday, February 26th (PI time). I can't believe that it is actually over there! It was 14 months ago that we filled out our Provincial application form for adoption. Now we just have to wait for ICAB approval. I am expecting to wait 2 - 3 months before we hear if we are approved or not and hopefully this time goes by quickly.

Yay! I'm so glad that you know your file got there. I remember having the insane thought that our file fell out of the plane on the way over and never got there. I'll be praying for a short wait (and that you hear about your approval right away)!!
