15 months
We are now 15 months into our wait. When we initially were approved we expected to wait 2 years but things seem to be moving along faster than that. It seems to me like a fair number of people received referrals at the 17 - 18 month mark, so I'm hoping that the same holds true for us. Whatever the timing, I'm sure things will work out just fine.

It was in the 17th months for us. HOpefully, you will receive your referral very soon. I know that HMV where Levi was at is so glad they goverment has changed their length of time for when a child can be adoptable, because they said that will help them place children in homes faster. The sister said that they would like to try and have children home by their first birthdays if possible.

Congratulations on your 9 months Renee. Time is flying by. You'll get the call before you even know it. I'm definitely keeping my fingers crossed for that call to come quickly.
