Decorations

I am finally all finished decorating and today is our cookie exchange. I'm just getting ready to make the gingerbread cookies. We are supposed to have alot of snow today and tonight but there is nothing happening yet. I just love snowstorms! This is a busy week with lots of Christmas parties and events. I'm only home 1 night this week but I love all the Christmas stuff so I'm not complaining. I thought that I'd post a few pictures of my decorations.

There is still no news on the adoption front. Our hopes of getting a referral before Christmas are getting slimmer and slimmer. We'll just have to wait and see.

Thinking of you often and hoping that you get your referral any day now. Hang in there and enjoy all the Christmas parties coming up. BTW, I love how you decorate!

I keep checking in on your blog hoping to see the news of a referral. There is still time before the new year. :)

Wow, your decorations are beautiful! I just love Christmas! We got our first snow last night...

I think of you guys often, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you guys hear something very, very soon! There was a referral over here in Quebec last week, so that's very encouraging!!

Amber, I'm always so happy to hear of other referrals because it means that it is getting closer and closer to our turn. Do you know how long that family in Quebec waited?

it looks great, renee! so festive and bright. hoping you hear something soon. enjoy the snow, and the season there.(there is news that we may be getting a little snow here --where it almost never snows -- you will laugh at what I consider cold--but it is COLD today!).

Emilie, we had 38 cms of snow yesterday and today it's -3 degrees and -10 with the windchill. I guess -3 would be around 26 degrees farenheit. I'm sure that that is a little colder than you are used to!
