More photos

Rafael has been settling in wonderfully in his new home!! He now goes to sleep at 7pm and awakes around 6am. He doesn't wake up at all in between!! He naps once or twice a day for an hour or two. He eats well and enjoys his highchair which he didn't at first. He loves strawberries and yogurt but is not to fussy about vegetables yet. He does great in his carseat and will fall asleep if we are driving a longer distance. His favorite thing to do is to go out in his stroller. We do that once or twice a day and take Sid with us. He usually falls asleep after 10 or 15 minutes and the bumpier the ride the better. He's all boy!!

He loves to pick at everything. Especially things that he shouldn't be picking at. He will just turn around and look at you and laugh. He has quite the personality and he keeps us all on our toes! I caught him putting his ball in the dogs water dish and putting the tv remote into the garbage can. You need eyes in back of your head with this boy!! He has had a few outings to Walmart and Costco and hopefully soon I will take him out to some kid groups.

Life is certainly much more busy now but is so much more interesting!!! Enjoy the photos.

What a cutie pie!! So glad to read you are all adjusting well. I laughed at the photos of him in his jammies. Are they from Costco? I have a very similar (2 pc) pair for all six girls. I'll take a photo of all of them together when they finally come home. No news of travel yet, but we got the forms saying their visas are being processed. Their medical is (finally) on the 21st of this month.

Enjoy that sweet little boy!!

Blessings!
Deborah

Oh, what a smile! He looks like he could keep you laughing right along with him all day long! What does he think of the snow? And, like Tam said, how are he and Sid getting along? Loved the pictures! He's too cute for words!

Cute pictures! I like his toothy grin! So glad to hear that all is going well for your family! Levi had the Fisher Price Laugh & Learn chair too, but the only thing he learned with it was to push it up to the TV or counters and climb on it so he could reach the things he wanted. Lol!

Deborah, his pj's are from Costco. They were on sale last week for $5.39 so I bought him a pile of them!! I hope and pray that all goes well with the girls medicals and that they are home before you know it. The wait must be seeming so long for you guys right now.

Tammy and Haley, Rafael loves the snow and being outside in his stroller. We go out everyday and Sid tags along with us. Rafael LOVES Sid but Sid is afraid of Rafael and he runs and hides under the coffee table or under the bed. He is getting more used to Rafael though and will lie down next to him when he is asleep but quickly runs off when Rafael wakes up!

Oh, soooo cute!!! Totally adorable kid!!! It looks like he's been settling down very well in his new environment. I think the philippine boys are busy ones. People keep telling me it shows that I lost weight since we got Noah. Yes it is true. It is busy days with these kids but also so much JOY!
Thank you for sharing photos. So fun to see and I'm happy you finally got Rafael!

Love seeing these pics and hearing your update!! I'll never forget after we first came home, Ezekiel threw away $200 cash. We didn't realize it until later. Such a bummer! He still throws things away sometimes that he's not supposed to, but it's gotten better. We're much better at checking the garbages before pick up day too :)

Gus is scared of when Ezekiel cries, he always goes and hides somewhere and puts his tail down/ears back.

So glad that Rafael is adjusting well and loving life!!!!

I can't get enough of your photos. Just look at that toothy smile! What a handsome, happy, lively boy! I love the shot of him framing his face with his hand. That is so Filipino!
